Built in RapidWeaver Pages Styles

RapidWeaver comes with a full compliment of page styles to get you and your website launched in style. From full formatable Styled Text, a blog page to get your news to the world, manually controllable HTML, download pages, iFrams, movie and photo albums, etc...

Being the complete and total nerd that I am, my favorite page style is HTML, but that is just me being a die hard coder at heart.

PlayMore goes great with everything, just like cheese-sauce and gravy!

Blog Pages

RapidWeavers own built in blog page lacks content space outside of the blog itself, like a description or introduction to the blog. ExtraContent make it possible to personalize your greeting and formulate your final thoughts with a little blogging love in between.

Contact Forms

The custom text fields are tough to find in the RW contact form and entering text in them feels a little squeezed.

Use ExtraContent to get your message across with spacious, comfortable entry and ease of use.

Flash Slideshows

We are asked time and time again, "How do I enter a description or introduction into my Photo album Flash Slideshow?"

You can't unless you use ExtraContent to add the content you need above or below the slideshow.

iFrame Pages

If you are one to use iFrames in your page for various reasons, you may find that the inability to add your own bit of content a little disconcerting, especially if you are the SEO type. ExtraContent gives you the ability to add your own personal touch to a page that is otherwise not your own.

Pluskits @import

Have you heard of Loghounds PlusKit? It has an amazing feature called @import that can pull any page into another page by adding one bit of special "@import" code. This is cool in any page, but imagine how cool it is in ExtraContent? Check out the bottom of this HTML page style.

About seyDoggy.

seyDoggy, founded in September 2005, is a small outfit that specializes in web and graphic design. Owned and operated by Adam Merrifield, seyDoggy has a world wide client base who seek out seyDoggys excellent front end user interface designs.

Though most of the heavy lifting is performed by Adam, seyDoggy does, from time to time, draw on other developers internationally to help tackle larger projects and back end programming.

seyDoggy launched seyDesign in November 2005 and expanded the contributor line-up in mid 2006 with the release of "Duo" on June 23, 2006. "Duo" was codeveloped with Varsis Studio and was the first commercially available RapidWeaver theme to offer split navigation.

About Adam.

Adam Merrifield is a 30-something family guy, happily married, raising three kids. He used to mock computer geeks until, sadly, his wife pointed out that he IS one.

With a keen interest in all things code-like, Adam spent years hand coding everything he could get involved with. Adam's first experiences with CSS dates back to an early encounter with Alleycode, a Windoze based HTML editor that utilized a basic CSS wizard to apply only the most basic of CSS properties.

The love affair with CSS has grown since then and Adam's plans for complete and total world domination hang entirely on the omniscient power he hopes to gain from CSS 3.

The preceding was pulled into this ExtraContent area from the About Adam page using Loghounds Pluskit plugin with its @import(()) rule.
